Many programs will throw you into advanced exercises on day two, but when building a new house, you don't start from the roof. At FF we help you build a functional foundation from which all of your other hobbies, daily activities, and fancy tiktok exercises can be built.

It may be near impossible to be perfectly symmetrical, but a good training program focuses on addressing weaknesses and building on strengths. Whether it's mobility, tonic/phasic muscle groups, previous injuries, or _____ (insert here), our programs include focused rehabilitation.
