About Alison
Born & raised in a rural town on the coast of Oregon, the youngest of five girls, I was ecstatic when my husband & I found out we were having a girl. Flash forward six years and here we are with two beautiful, healthy littles, careers that we both love, a home, and, to be honest, some level of comfort & contentment despite what is going on in our world right now. We truly are blessed- and I'm not just saying that because it's a trendy word, it's true!

Like anybody, the road to where we are today wasn't always easy. Injuries, death, hardships, times of financial struggle, failure, and fear are a part of everyone's story. If not now they will be eventually.

All that to say- I understand when life isn't fair. I understand when it isn't easy to "take care of yourself," like people in my field always recommend. I agree that there is not always enough time in the day. I mean, I'm pretty sure my stress level goes up a tick every time someone tells me to "stop being so stressed." Amiright?

But I also know that we have the ability to take back control. Yes, sometimes life is just about survival. But most of the time it is about thriving, it's about becoming who you want to be, and I can help you do that.
