Hello & welcome to Foundation Fitness! I am so excited to have you here.
As an athlete, coach, high school teacher, and now personal trainer and health coach, helping others in their health journey has always been my passion- but it wasn't until I was the new mother with no sleep, when I didn't feel confident putting on my nice clothes, when I was eating like crap, when I was the new person in a community where I knew no one and, I felt, no one cared to know me.

It wasn't until then that I took back control. I made my health, my fitness, my sleep, and self-care a priority. I felt so empowered by my determination to make a change and I want to help you do the same.

Life is crazy. Especially right now. My goal here is to provide each one of you with personalized, goal-oriented workouts, nutrition tips & more directly to your phone, using the equipment, space, and time that you have available.

Here at Foundation Fitness we keep it simple. We keep it realistic. Only have twenty minutes a day? That's enough. No equipment? No problem. We develop online and at-home fitness programming for busy women so that our clients can take control of their fitness and be confident & capable in their bodies again.
